Okay, so I’ve been hearing a lot about “green tea ceylon benefits” lately, and I figured, why not give it a shot myself? I’m a big tea drinker, but usually stick to my regular black tea. Time for a change, I guess!
First things first, I grabbed a box of Ceylon green tea from the local grocery store. I didn’t go for anything fancy, just a standard brand to start with. The box boasted about antioxidants and all that good stuff, so I was feeling pretty optimistic.
I boiled some water – not too hot, though! I’ve heard that green tea can get bitter if you use boiling water. I let it cool for a couple of minutes before pouring it over the tea bag.
Steeping time was the next thing. The box said 3-5 minutes, so I went for the full 5, hoping to get the most out of it. While it steeped, I took a whiff – it smelled grassy and fresh, kinda like a spring meadow. Not bad!
So, that’s my little Ceylon green tea experiment. It’s definitely become a part of my daily routine. Whether all the health benefits are true or not, I’m feeling good, and that’s what matters, right? I did feel much difference after I drank Ceylon green tea.
