Well, let me tell ya ’bout this Darjeeling black tea and that caffeine thing. You know, folks always talkin’ ’bout caffeine like it’s some kinda big deal. Caffeine, they say. Well, this Darjeeling tea, it’s got some of that in it, but not too much, I reckon.
Now, I ain’t no fancy doctor or nothin’, but I heard tell that Darjeeling tea has less caffeine than coffee. Yeah, that coffee stuff, it’ll make ya jump outta your skin! But this tea, it’s a bit more gentle, ya know? Still, if ya drink too much, it might make ya feel a little jittery, just like that coffee.
They say a cup of Darjeeling tea has ’bout 40 to 70 milligrams of that caffeine stuff. Compare that to coffee, it’s like a gentle nudge instead of a big push. Some folks say it’s kinda like green tea, but with a bit more kick.
You see, Darjeeling tea is made from young leaves and buds. And them young’uns, they got more caffeine than the old leaves. It’s like how young folks are full of energy, ain’t it? Same with them tea leaves.
So, if ya drink a cup of Darjeeling black tea, ’bout 8 ounces or so, you’re gettin’ that 40 to 70 milligrams of caffeine. It’s there, but it ain’t gonna knock ya over like a freight train. And don’t ya worry ’bout calories and fats and all that, ’cause this tea ain’t got none of that.
