matcha tea
Well, let me tell ya ’bout this Rishi Oolong tea. I ain’t no fancy tea expert, but I know what I likes, and this stuff is pretty darn good.
First off, they call it “Ruby” Oolong ’cause it’s got this red color when you make it. Like, real red, not that kinda weak tea color you sometimes see. It’s strong, ya know? They say it’s “full-bodied” and “deeply fermented”. Sounds fancy, but to me it just means it tastes good and strong, like it should.
And the smell! Oh honey, the smell is somethin’ else. Soon as you pour that hot water on them leaves, it’s like you’re standin’ right in the middle of a candy shop. Smells like caramel and chocolate all mixed together. Makes you wanna just drink it right down!
They also got this other one, Jade Oolong. They say it’s from a place called Nantou. I ain’t never been there, but this tea is good too. It’s different from the Ruby one, not as strong maybe, but still tasty. It’s kinda like spring in a cup, if that makes any sense.
Now, I ain’t one for drinkin’ a whole lotta tea at once, but these folks say you can drink about four cups a day and be just fine. More than that, and you might get all jittery, ’cause there’s somethin’ called caffeine in it. I reckon that’s what keeps ya goin’ all day.
This Rishi Tea company, they’re outta Milwaukee. Started by some young fella and his buddies back in ’97. They seem like good folks, makin’ good tea. They even got these fancy tea bags they say are safe. I ain’t sure what PLA is, but if they say it’s safe, I reckon it is. I just like that I can make my tea without gettin’ all them little leaves in my teeth.
So, if you’re lookin’ for a good cup of tea, give this Rishi Oolong a try. It ain’t cheap, but it’s worth it. It’ll warm ya up on a cold day and make ya feel all cozy inside. It tastes like somethin’ special, ya know? Not like that watery stuff you get at some places. And if you like somethin’ a little different, try that Jade one too. You might just find yourself a new favorite.
And remember, drink it slow, enjoy the smell, and let it warm ya up from the inside out. That’s what tea’s all about, ain’t it?
One last thing, don’t go drinkin’ a whole gallon of this stuff at once now, ya hear? Too much of anything ain’t good for ya. Just enjoy a cup or two and savor the flavor, that’s what I always say.
Rishi tea is something I would recommend to anyone who asks. It’s not just tea, it’s more than that. It’s a comfort on a cold day, a little pick me up when I’m feeling down. It’s the simple things, I’m telling ya. The simple things that make life worth livin’. And sometimes, a good cup of tea is all you need.
Anyway, that’s all I gotta say about this tea. Go on and try it for yourself, see if ya like it. And if ya don’t, well, more for me!
