Alright, let’s talk about this Salada White Tea, you know, the one in the box. I ain’t no fancy tea expert or nothin’, but I know what I like, and this stuff ain’t half bad.

First off, they say it’s “100% Pure White Tea.” Well, I reckon that means it’s just tea leaves, nothin’ else added. And they say it comes from China, up in them cloudy mountains. Sounds far away, don’t it? Makes you wonder who’s pickin’ them leaves.

Now, the taste. It ain’t strong like that black tea my husband used to drink. This here white tea is kinda light and mild. They call it “subtle and mellow,” I heard. I guess that’s right. It’s kinda like… well, it’s like drinking somethin’ smooth and easy, you know? Not gonna knock your socks off, but it’s nice.

The box I got, it had a whole bunch of them little tea bags, each one wrapped up tight. Forty of ‘em, I think. And they ain’t like them round tea bags neither. These ones are kinda square-ish, like they got four sides instead of two. Don’t know why that matters, but that’s what they say on the box.

  • Easy to Make: You just boil up some water, drop a bag in, and let it sit for a bit. Three to five minutes, they say. I usually just leave it in till it looks right, you know, not too light, not too dark.
  • Taste: Like I said, it ain’t strong. It’s got a little bit of sweetness to it, all natural-like. No need to add sugar or nothin’ if you don’t want to.
  • Caffeine: They say it’s got less of that caffeine stuff than other teas. That’s good for me, I don’t need to be jumpin’ off the walls all day. But they also say it’s got some of them “antioxidants.” Heard that’s good for ya, keeps you healthy or somethin’.

I seen somewhere it says this tea can help with your blood pressure and cholesterol and even your teeth and bones! Now, I ain’t no doctor, but if drinkin’ a cup of tea can do all that, well, I ain’t complainin’.

This Salada White Tea, it’s the kind of thing you can drink any time of day. I like it in the mornin’ to get me goin’, and sometimes in the afternoon when I need a little pick-me-up. It’s just…easy. Easy to make, easy to drink, easy on the stomach.

I also heard that this tea, compared to other teas it’s made different. Like, they don’t let it get all dark and dried out like them other teas. They steam it instead. Guess that’s why it tastes different.

And talkin’ about different, they used to have trouble keepin’ this tea fresh way back when, ’cause it’s so delicate-like. But they figured it out now, I guess, ’cause I can get it right down at the store.

Now, I ain’t sayin’ this tea is gonna change your life or nothin’. But it’s a good, honest cup of tea. It’s somethin’ warm and comfortin’, and sometimes that’s all you need. And for the price, well, you can’t beat it. I buy the big box, the one with six smaller boxes inside, lasts me a good long while. You can even find it at Walmart, easy peasy.
