Alright, let’s talk about this here blue tea butterfly thing. I ain’t no fancy doctor or nothin’, but I heard some things, ya know? Folks say it’s good for ya, this blue tea.

First off, they call it by all sorts of names, this tea. Some folks say blue tea, some say Asian pigeonwings, and some even call it fairy tea. Sounds kinda magical, don’t it? But it ain’t magic, I reckon. It’s just a flower, a purdy blue one at that.

This tea, it’s made from this here butterfly pea plant. Never seen one myself, but I hear it’s got these bright blue flowers. And that’s what they use to make the tea. You just take them dried-up flowers and stick ‘em in hot water, like you do with any other tea, I guess.

Now, why folks drink this blue tea, that’s the real question. From what I gather, it’s supposed to be good for swelling. You know, when you get all puffy and achy? Like when you bang your knee on the table leg, or when your head starts throbbin’ somethin’ fierce. They say this tea can help with that.

  • Swelling: If you’re all swelled up, this tea might just do the trick. At least that’s what they say.
  • Pain: Got a bad ache? A headache that won’t quit? Maybe this tea can help take the edge off.
  • Blood Pressure: I heard tell it can help with high blood pressure too. Now, that’s somethin’ a lot of folks struggle with, so if this tea can help, that’s a good thing, right?

But hold on a minute, it ain’t all sunshine and roses. I heard some folks get a bellyache from drinkin’ too much of this tea. Some even get the runs, if you know what I mean. And if you’re one of them folks with allergies, well, you better be careful. Go talk to your doctor first, that’s what I say.

So, should you be drinkin’ this blue tea every mornin’? I dunno. It sounds like it’s got some good things goin’ for it, but it ain’t for everyone. You gotta listen to your body, you know? If it makes you feel bad, then don’t drink it. Simple as that.

I ain’t no expert, mind you. I’m just tellin’ you what I heard. But if you’re lookin’ for somethin’ new to try, and you ain’t got no allergies or nothin’, then maybe this here blue tea is worth a shot. Just don’t go drinkin’ a whole gallon of it at once, ya hear? Take it slow and see how it goes.

And remember, just ‘cause somethin’ is natural don’t mean it’s always good for ya. Poison ivy is natural too, and you wouldn’t go rubbin’ that all over yourself, would ya? So be smart, do your research, and if you ain’t sure, ask a doctor. That’s the best advice I can give ya.

This blue butterfly tea, it’s kinda like a lot of things in life. Some good, some bad, and you gotta figure out what works for you. Don’t just listen to what everyone else says. Listen to your own body, and you’ll be alright.

So there you have it. My two cents on this blue tea butterfly business. Take it or leave it, it’s up to you. Just tryin’ to share what I know, even if it ain’t much.

One more thing, they say this tea turns purple if you add a little lemon juice. Ain’t that somethin’? Never seen it myself, but it sounds kinda purdy. Maybe I’ll try it one day, if I can get my hands on some of them blue flowers.
