Alright, let’s talk about this green tea body cream Elizabeth Arden stuff. I ain’t no fancy lady, ya know, but I do like to keep my skin from lookin’ like a dried-up prune. So, I got my hands on this cream, and lemme tell ya, it’s somethin’ else.

First off, the smell. It ain’t like them strong, flowery perfumes that make your head spin. This here smells… clean. Like, you know, when you hang your clothes out to dry on a sunny day and they get that fresh air smell? It’s kinda like that, but with a little bit of somethin’ extra. They say it’s green tea, and I guess that’s what it is. It’s nice, not too strong, just right for an old gal like me.

Now, about puttin’ it on. The directions, they say to put it on after you wash up, when your skin is all clean and dry. Makes sense, I guess. You don’t wanna be rubbin’ dirt into your skin, do ya? So, I do what they say. I hop outta the shower, dry myself off, and then I slather this stuff all over. Arms, legs, even my belly – the whole shebang.

And it feels…good. Not greasy or sticky like some creams I’ve tried. This stuff, it soaks right in. My skin feels soft, real soft. Like a baby’s bottom, almost. I’m tellin’ ya, it’s a miracle worker. My elbows, they used to be so rough, you could sand wood with ‘em. But now? Smooth as a silk scarf.

I’ve been usin’ this cream for a while now, and I gotta say, I’m seein’ a difference. My skin ain’t so dry and flaky anymore. It looks…healthier, I guess. More… alive. If that makes any sense. It’s like my skin drank a big glass of water and woke up all refreshed.

  • It smells fresh and clean: Not too strong, just a nice, light scent.
  • It soaks in fast: No greasy or sticky feeling left behind.
  • It makes your skin soft: Like, really soft. Even my rough elbows are smooth now.
  • It helps with dry skin: My skin ain’t flaky anymore, it looks and feels healthier.

They say this cream has got honey in it, too. Real honey, not that fake stuff. I reckon that’s why it makes my skin feel so soft and smooth. Honey, it’s good for ya, inside and out. My grandma always used to say that. She’d put honey on everything – toast, biscuits, even her tea. Said it kept her young. Well, she lived to be a hundred, so maybe she was onto somethin’.

I ain’t no scientist, so I can’t tell ya exactly how this cream works. All I know is that it does work. My skin feels better, it looks better, and I feel better. And that’s good enough for me.

Some folks might say it’s too expensive, this Elizabeth Arden stuff. And yeah, it ain’t cheap. But I figure, a little bit goes a long way. And besides, I’m worth it. We all are. We gotta take care of ourselves, ya know? Especially as we get older. Our bodies, they start to fall apart, and we gotta do what we can to keep ‘em goin’.

So, if you’re lookin’ for a good body cream, somethin’ that’ll make your skin soft and smooth, I’d say give this green tea body cream Elizabeth Arden a try. It ain’t gonna make you young again, but it’ll sure make you feel a whole lot better. And that’s somethin’ to be thankful for, ain’t it?

One more thing, I use it after I use that there green tea shower gel they make. Same smell, kinda. Makes ya feel all clean and fresh. Like a daisy, you know? And then you put this cream on and… well, it’s just nice, that’s all. Real nice.

So there ya have it. My two cents on this here cream. Take it or leave it, but I’m tellin’ ya, it’s the real deal. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go put some more on. My hands are feelin’ a little dry.
