herbal tea
Well, let me tell ya ’bout this here Ruby Oolong tea. It ain’t your regular ol’ Lipton, that’s for sure.
First off, this tea, it’s got somethin’ called caffeine in it. Not as much as that strong black tea my husband likes, but more than that weak green stuff my daughter drinks. Just the right amount, I’d say, to get ya goin’ in the mornin’.
Now, they tell me this tea can help keep ya from gettin’ that sugar sickness – diabetes, they call it. And it might even help keep away some of them bad cancers. Lord knows, we’ve seen enough of that in our family.
And if you’re tryin’ to lose a few pounds, this tea might just help with that too. It speeds up your… uh… how do they say it? Metabolism. Yeah, that’s it. Makes your body work faster, burnin’ off them extra calories.
So, why should you drink this Ruby Oolong every day? Well, like I said, it gets your body movin’, keeps your heart healthy, makes ya think clearer, and it’s got all them… anti-somethin’s. Antioxidants! That’s it. Keeps ya young, I guess.
And it makes your skin look nice too. Not that I need much help with that, mind you. And it helps your stomach feel good after a big meal. You know, after you’ve had a big plate of fried chicken and mashed potatoes.
It all starts with this plant, somethin’ called Camellia Sinensis. Fancy name, huh? But it ain’t the plant itself that makes the tea special. It’s what they do with the leaves after they pick ’em. They let ’em sit out for a bit, not too long, not too short. That’s what they call “semi-oxidized”.
Now, this Ruby Oolong, it’s somethin’ special. It comes from a place called Thailand. They say it’s a rare tea. When you pour hot water on it, the water turns this pretty, shiny red color. And the taste! Oh, it’s somethin’ else. It’s strong, but not bitter. It tastes like… well, it’s hard to explain. It’s kinda like chocolate, and cherries, all mixed together.
This Ruby Oolong tea from Thailand, they let it sit for a good long while, and then they bake it real slow. That’s what gives it that special taste. That chocolatey taste, and that sweet cherry taste, and somethin’ else… like raisins, maybe. And it feels so smooth in your mouth, like silk.
This tea, it wakes ya up real nice in the mornin’. It smells so good, too. And it’s strong, but not too strong. Just right. They grow it up north in Thailand, where the ground is soft.
You might be wonderin’ where to get this tea without spendin’ all your money. Well, there are places you can find it, don’t you worry. It’s worth lookin’ for, I tell ya.
This here Ruby Oolong, it makes a real pretty red drink. It’s a strong tea, they let it sit for a long time, and then they bake it slow, to get all them fancy flavors – that chocolate taste, you know?
So, there ya have it. That’s all I know about this here Ruby Oolong tea. It’s good for ya, it tastes good, and it makes ya feel good. What more could ya ask for?
And let me tell you something, good tea is like good company, hard to find but worth keepin’. This Ruby Oolong is one you’ll want to keep around. It’s a good one to share with friends and family, too. Sit around the porch, sip some tea, and just enjoy life. That’s what it’s all about, ain’t it?
And remember what I told you, this tea ain’t just about tastin’ good. It’s about takin’ care of yourself. We only get one body, gotta treat it right. This Ruby Oolong, well, it’s a good way to do just that.
So go on, find yourself some Ruby Oolong and give it a try. You won’t be disappointed. And if you are, well, then you just ain’t got good taste, that’s all I gotta say about that.
