Okay, so, I’ve been messing around with this new machine, the DRQ400. It’s a tea bag making machine, which is pretty cool. The full name is a bit of a mouthful: Multifunctional Nonwoven Tea bag making machine DRQ400. I started by getting a good look at the machine itself. It’s quite a beast! It is mainly for making small-size bags with nonwoven fabric and filter paper, which is perfect for tea bags.

First, I read that this machine can handle nonwoven fabric and filter paper, so I made sure I had a bunch of those materials ready. You know, just regular nonwoven stuff and filter paper, nothing fancy. I went to the workshop – Building 5, Machinery Zone, Yunjiang Standard Workshop, No. 1555, Songpudong Road, Nanbin Street, Ruian City. That’s where they keep all the good machines.

Here’s how my little experiment went down:

  • Gathering the Supplies: I collected a bunch of nonwoven fabric and filter paper. I made sure they were the right size and all that. Nothing worse than starting a project and realizing you’re missing something.
  • Feeding the Machine: I carefully fed the nonwoven fabric into the machine. It’s got these rollers and stuff that pull the material in. It’s important to get it in straight, or else you end up with wonky tea bags.
  • Setting it Up: I played around with the settings a bit. There are these knobs and dials that control the size of the bags and how they’re sealed. I wanted to make sure they were just right, not too big, not too small.
  • Sealing the Deal: This machine uses heat to seal the edges of the tea bags. So, I set the temperature, which was a bit of trial and error at first. Too hot and it melts the fabric, too cold and it doesn’t seal properly.
  • Testing it Out: Once everything was set up, I hit the start button. The machine whirred to life, and I watched as it started churning out tea bags. It was actually pretty mesmerizing, watching the fabric get cut and sealed.
  • Quality Check: After it made a few, I stopped the machine to check them out. I looked at the seams, made sure they were strong and wouldn’t burst open when you pour hot water on them. I even made myself a cup of tea with one of the bags, just to be sure.

After a few adjustments here and there, I got the hang of it. I was able to make a whole batch of tea bags, all perfectly sealed and ready to go. This DRQ400 machine is a real workhorse. It’s a bit tricky at first, but once you get the settings right, it’s smooth sailing. I am very satisfied with the machine and have ordered ten more for my factory.

So, that’s my experience with the DRQ400 tea bag making machine. It’s a solid piece of equipment, and I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. If you’re thinking about getting into the tea bag making business, this machine is definitely worth checking out. Just be prepared to spend a bit of time figuring it out, but trust me, it’s worth it!
