Today I tried out that Lipton White Peach Tea, you know, the one that’s been showing up everywhere lately? I finally decided to give it a shot and see what the fuss is all about.

First off, I drove to the local Albertsons ’cause I figured they’d have it. And yep, they did. It was in the aisle with all the other iced teas, pretty easy to spot. Grabbed a 12-pack of those 16.9 fl. oz bottles – gotta have enough to really get a feel for it, right?

Got home and popped one in the fridge to chill. After about an hour, it was nice and cold, so I cracked it open. The first thing I noticed was the smell – definitely peachy, but not too strong. Smelled pretty good, like a fresh peach but maybe a bit sweeter.

  • The Taste Test:
  • Took a sip and… it’s actually pretty good! The peach flavor is there, but it’s not overpowering. It’s like they got the balance right.
  • It’s sweet, but not that fake, sugary sweet. More like a natural sweetness, which I liked.
  • The tea part is smooth, no weird aftertaste or anything like that.

I drank the whole bottle pretty quick. It’s refreshing, especially on a hot day like today. I can see why people like this stuff. It’s a nice change from the usual lemon or raspberry iced teas.

I also checked out the label. The nutrition and ingredient info are on the label. I did not check it. I don’t want to know how many sugar in it because I don’t want to stop drinking it.

Overall, I’m giving this Lipton White Peach Tea a thumbs up. It’s tasty, it’s refreshing, and it’s a good price. I’ll probably grab another pack next time I’m at the store. If you’re looking for a new iced tea flavor to try, I’d say give this one a go. You might like it!

My Rating:

Solid 4 out of 5 stars. I’m keeping my fridge stocked with these!
