Alright, let’s talk about making your own white tea body spray. It’s way easier than you might think, and it smells amazing. I tried this out a few weeks back, and I’m pretty hooked.

Gather Your Stuff

First, I gathered everything I needed. Here’s the list:

  • White tea bags – like, 3 or 4 of them.
  • Witch hazel – the unscented kind.
  • Some essential oils if you want to add extra scents. I picked lavender and a bit of vanilla.
  • A spray bottle – you know, a clean one.
  • Boiling water.

Brew the Tea

So, I started by boiling some water and steeped the white tea bags in it. I let it sit for a good while, like 15-20 minutes, to really get that tea flavor strong. You want it to be more concentrated than regular drinking tea.

Mix It Up

After the tea cooled down, I took out the tea bags. Then, I mixed the tea with witch hazel in the spray bottle. I did about half and half, but you can play around with the ratio. The witch hazel helps preserve the spray and it’s good for your skin.

Add Some Scents

This is where I added a few drops of lavender and vanilla essential oils. Just a few drops, though, because that stuff can be pretty strong. You can add whatever scent you like or just leave it plain white tea scented.

Shake and Spritz

I screwed the top on the spray bottle and gave it a good shake to mix everything together. And that’s pretty much it! I tested it out, and it smelled so fresh and clean.

I’ve been using this body spray for a few weeks now, and I love it. It’s light, refreshing, and doesn’t have any of those weird chemicals that some store-bought sprays have. Plus, it was super cheap and easy to make. Give it a try, and you might just love it as much as I do!
