Okay, so I’ve been seeing this “green tea dieters tea” thing all over the place lately. You know, the one that promises to help you shed those extra pounds? Well, I’m always up for trying something new, especially when it comes to getting in better shape. So, I decided to give it a go and see what all the fuss was about. Here’s how it went down.
First things first, I got myself a box of this green tea dieters tea. I found it at my local grocery store, pretty cheap. Then I read the instructions. Seemed simple enough, just your typical tea brewing process. No rocket science here, so I put a cup of water in the kettle and put it on the fire until it boils.
