matcha tea
Alright, let’s talk about something I tried recently – Anxi oolong tea. You know, I’ve always been more of a coffee guy, but I figured, why not branch out? So, I picked up some of this oolong tea everyone’s been talking about.
First off, I got myself a decent-looking teapot and some small cups – gotta have the right gear, right? I read somewhere that you should use about 2-3 grams of tea leaves per 150ml of water. Sounded about right, so I went with that.
Okay, so the first brew was pretty light in color, kinda golden. I took a sip, and it was surprisingly smooth. Not bitter at all, with a slight floral aroma. I did a few more infusions, each time increasing the steeping time a bit. The flavor got stronger, and the color turned into a deeper amber.
Honestly, I was impressed. This Anxi oolong tea is way different from what I expected. It’s not just “tea”; there are layers of flavor that you discover with each brew. I found myself really enjoying the ritual of it all – the measuring, the brewing, the sipping. It’s kind of therapeutic, you know? It was a good experience.
In conclusion, I had a great time trying out Anxi oolong tea, it was a brand-new experience and also delicious. I recommend anyone to have a try.
