So, I’ve been seeing this “X50 Green Tea” thing pop up all over the place. It’s like, the number one supplement in New Zealand, or so they say. I figured, why not give it a shot? I mean, who doesn’t want to try out a new kind of tea? It’s always interesting to see what others are drinking. I am always curious about drinks.
I went ahead and ordered some online. They had a bunch of different kinds, but I decided to go with the apple green tea flavor. Sounded kinda refreshing, you know?
First things first, I boiled some water. While that was going on, I grabbed my favorite mug. It’s nothing fancy, just a plain white one, but it’s the perfect size for a good cup of tea.
The instructions were simple enough. Tear open a sachet, pour it into the mug, and add hot water. I did just that. I watched as the powder dissolved in water. I poured the hot water in.
I gave it a little stir with a spoon, just to make sure it was all mixed up properly. It turned a nice, light green color, which was kind of expected.
Alright, time for the taste test! I took a sip, and honestly, it was pretty good. It had a strong apple flavor, but it wasn’t too sweet or overpowering. It tasted like apple juice with a hint of tea. You could still taste the green tea in there, but it was definitely playing second fiddle to the apple.
I ended up finishing the whole mug. It was a nice change from my usual black tea, and I could see myself drinking this again, maybe in the afternoon for a little pick-me-up. I’m thinking of trying other flavors too. Maybe the next one would be something more exotic, like a tropical one.
So, that’s my little adventure with apple green tea. It was a fun experiment, and I think I might have found a new beverage to add to my routine. It’s not bad, I’ll just keep it simple for now.
