Okay, so I decided to try making Arizona White Blueberry Tea the other day. I’d seen it on some fancy Instagram account and thought, “Hey, why not?” It sounded refreshing, you know?

First, I had to gather my supplies. This wasn’t some complicated recipe, thankfully. I just needed some Arizona White Tea, a bunch of fresh blueberries, and some ice. I figured I’d be fancy and add some lemon too. I grabbed a good-sized pitcher, because I was planning on making a whole pot, enough for a couple of days even.

Next, I rinsed those blueberries. Got rid of any little bits of dirt or anything. Then, I just kinda smashed them up a bit. Not completely, just enough to release some of their juice, you know? I didn’t want huge chunks in my tea.

Then came the fun part. I poured the Arizona White Tea into the pitcher, right over those slightly-smashed blueberries. I probably used about half a gallon of tea. I let it sit in the fridge for about, I’d say, four hours? Maybe a little longer. I was busy doing other stuff, honestly. I just wanted to let those blueberry flavors really meld with the tea.

After a few hours, I took it out. I added the juice of half a lemon – I didn’t want it too tart, you know? Then, I added a bunch of ice. I like my drinks really cold. I stirred it all up to make sure the lemon was properly mixed in.

Finally, I poured myself a glass. Honestly? It was pretty darn good. The blueberry flavor was subtle, but definitely there. The lemon added a nice little zing. It was really refreshing, exactly what I’d hoped for. Perfect for a hot summer day.

The leftover tea stayed in the fridge for another day, and it was still good, though maybe a little less potent. The blueberries had already given up most of their flavor by then, I reckon. Overall, a total success! Simple, easy, and delicious. Would definitely make it again.
