fruit tea
Alright, so you wanna know about this white tea and that green tea, huh? Lemme tell ya, it ain’t rocket science. I ain’t no fancy doctor or nothin’, but I know a thing or two about what’s good for ya.
Now, they say white tea is like, dried in the sun, then inside. Real simple, like dryin’ clothes on the line. That’s why it stays kinda white, see? They don’t mess with it too much. And that’s a good thing, I reckon. Less fussin’, the better.
Green tea, well, it’s got that grassy taste. You know, like fresh-cut grass, but not as strong. White tea’s a bit sweeter, they say. Like a little bit of sugar, but not too much. Me, I ain’t got no sweet tooth, but some folks like it.
Now, both of these teas, they’re good for your heart. That ticker in your chest, gotta keep it thumpin’, right? And they say it helps you not get too fat. Obesity, they call it. Sounds fancy, but it just means you got too much belly, I guess. And cancer too, they say it helps with that. Terrible thing, cancer. Lost my sister to it, poor soul.
They talk about these anti-oxi-somethings. Antioxidants, that’s it. Sounds complicated, but it just means it’s good for your body, keeps it from gettin’ all rusty inside, like an old car. And they say white tea’s got more of them than green tea, ’cause they don’t mess with it as much. But green tea, it’s like, got more bang for your buck, like the fella said. More good stuff in it overall, I guess.
And here’s a little secret, they say white tea won’t stain your teeth as much. Now, I ain’t got many teeth left to worry about, but you youngsters, you gotta take care of them pearly whites. Not that it won’t ever happen, just not as much.
So, which one’s better? Well, that’s like askin’ if you like apples or oranges. Both good, just different. If you want somethin’ sweet and good for your skin, go for the white tea. If you want somethin’ stronger, to help your brain and keep you from gettin’ too big, go for the green tea. Or just drink both, I reckon. Can’t hurt, right? Just don’t go drinkin’ a whole gallon of it at once, you’ll be runnin’ to the privy all day!
They also talk about this other tea, yerba mate, they say it’s got even more of them anti-oxi things. But I ain’t never tried it. Sounds foreign. Sticking to what I know, that’s me.
So there you have it. Ain’t nothin’ too fancy, just good old common sense. Drink your tea, eat your veggies, and get some sunshine. That’s the secret to a long and happy life, I tell ya. And don’t go listenin’ to all them city slickers with their fancy diets and whatnot. Just listen to your body, it’ll tell ya what it needs.
