Bigelow I Love Lemon Tea: How to Brew It Perfectly?

Today, I felt like having a cup of tea, specifically Bigelow I Love Lemon Tea. So, I thought, why not share my little tea-making routine with you all?

First, I grabbed my favorite mug and headed to the kitchen. Filled the kettle with some fresh, cold water – got to have that good base, you know? Put it on the stove and waited for it to come to a rolling boil. That’s when things start getting exciting.

While the water was heating up, I picked out a Bigelow I Love Lemon Tea bag from the box. The smell of lemon is already pretty strong even before brewing, which I love. Once the water was ready, I carefully poured it over the tea bag in my mug.

  • Now, the package says to steep it for 4 minutes.
  • But sometimes I like to let it sit for a little longer, maybe 5 or 6 minutes, to get that extra lemon flavor.
  • It is all up to your preference.

After steeping, I removed the tea bag and gave it a little stir. Took a sip – perfect! Just the right amount of lemony goodness to brighten up my day. I enjoy it hot, but I know some folks like iced tea. If that’s your thing, you can just steep it a bit longer and pour it over a glass full of ice. Add a sprig of fresh mint, it will be a good try on summer days. You can even make some lemonade ice cubes.

Some Thoughts

Making tea is such a simple thing, but it always feels like a little ritual, you know? It is kind of a comfort thing. And Bigelow I Love Lemon Tea is definitely one of my go-to’s when I need a little pick-me-up. It is simple, tasty, and always hits the spot. So, next time you’re in the mood for a warm, comforting drink, give it a try. You might just love it as much as I do!

Oh, and you can adjust the amount of water you use. If you like a stronger lemon flavor, try using a bit less water. If you prefer it milder, add a little more. Play around with it until you find your perfect cup!
