You want to know about that cinnamon ginger and lemon tea, huh? Well, I heard some folks talking about it the other day. They say it’s good for you. I don’t know much about fancy stuff, but I’ll tell you what I heard.

Cinnamon Ginger and Lemon Tea

This tea, it’s got cinnamon, you know, that brown stuff you put in apple pie. And ginger, that root that looks like a bumpy finger. And lemon, the yellow fruit that makes your mouth pucker. They say you mix them all up in hot water.

Some people, they drink it to lose weight. I heard it makes your belly feel full. So you don’t eat as much. I don’t know if that’s true, but that’s what they say. Some say it helps burn that fat. That cinnamon, it makes you feel full, ’cause it got them fibers. Fiber is good, they told me.

And squeeze in some of that lemon juice. Let it sit for a bit. Then you drink it. They call it “steep”. You steep the tea.

Some folks, they add a little honey. To make it sweet. I like honey. It’s good for you, too, they say. But not too much. Too much sweet stuff ain’t good for nobody.

So, that’s what I know about that cinnamon ginger and lemon tea. It sounds like it might be worth a try. Especially if you’re trying to lose some weight. Or if you’re feeling a little under the weather. Or if you just want something warm to drink on a cold day.
