green tea
Well, let me tell ya ’bout this Clipper Decaffeinated Green Tea. I ain’t no fancy tea expert, but I know what I likes, and this stuff ain’t half bad.
First off, they say it’s “organic.” Now, I ain’t exactly sure what all that means, but it sounds healthy, right? Like them fancy folks in the city are always talkin’ about. Anyways, this tea, it’s decaffeinated. That means it won’t keep ya up all night, twitchin’ and turnin’ like a squirrel on a hot tin roof. I can drink a cup before bed and sleep like a baby, which is sayin’ somethin’ for an old gal like me.
They call it “light” and “refreshing.” And I gotta say, that’s about right. It ain’t heavy or bitter like some of that other green tea I tried once. Tasted like swamp water, that did. This Clipper tea, though, it’s got a clean taste. Not too strong, not too weak. Just right, like Goldilocks and her porridge, you know?
They use them “unbleached bags,” too. I guess that’s another one of them healthy things. Makes ya feel good about drinkin’ it, you know? Like you’re doin’ somethin’ good for yourself and the world.
Now, I ain’t no spring chicken, and I’ve had my fair share of teas over the years. Some good, some bad, some just plain awful. But this Clipper Decaffeinated Green Tea, it’s a keeper. It’s the kind of tea you can drink any time of day, whether you’re sittin’ on the porch swing, watchin’ the birds, or curled up on the couch with a good book.
I heard they get their tea leaves from them Fairtrade & organic estates. Sounds like they treat their workers right, which is important. And they often use leaves from southern India. I ain’t never been to India, but I reckon they know a thing or two about growin’ good tea.
This tea, it’s a flawless, light green tea, just like they say. It’s got a nice color, not too dark, not too pale. And the smell, it’s kinda grassy, kinda fresh. Reminds me of springtime, when everything’s green and new.
I usually just drink it plain, but sometimes I add a little squeeze of lemon. Gives it a little extra zing, you know? And if I’m feelin’ fancy, I might even put a little honey in it. But mostly, I just drink it straight up, the way it is.
So, if you’re lookin’ for a good decaf green tea, I reckon you can’t go wrong with this Clipper Decaffeinated Green Tea. It’s organic, it’s light, it’s refreshing, and it tastes good. What more could ya ask for? It’s the perfect cup of tea for sittin’ a spell and relaxin’. And that, my friends, is somethin’ we all need a little more of these days.
Now, I ain’t gettin’ paid to say all this, mind you. I’m just a simple woman who likes a good cup of tea. And this here Clipper Decaffeinated Green Tea, well, it’s a darn good cup of tea. So go on, give it a try. You might just like it.
Remember, it’s organic, it’s decaffeinated, and it’s good for ya. That’s what really matters. And that’s all I gotta say about that.
