white tea
Okay, so I’ve been trying to watch my weight, and I heard that green tea is good for that. I saw this Lipton Diet Green Tea at the store and thought, “Why not give it a shot?”
I picked up a bottle of this Lipton Diet Green Tea. It says zero calories on the label, so that’s a good start, right? I took a sip, and it’s actually not bad. It has a light, citrusy taste. It’s kind of refreshing, I guess. I drank the whole bottle throughout the day, just like I would with water. It definitely contains much less caffeine than coffee, so I didn’t feel particularly energized after drinking it.
I had another bottle today. I’m starting to like the taste. It’s way better than just plain water. I’m also trying to eat healthier, so I had a salad for lunch and some grilled chicken for dinner. I figured the green tea might help boost my metabolism or something. And it’s like 99.5 percent water, so it keeps me hydrated and makes me feel less hungry.
Okay, I think I’m getting used to this. I had a bottle with my breakfast, which was just some oatmeal. I read somewhere that it’s not good to give diet drinks to kids, but I’m a grown-up, so I should be fine. I’m still not sure if it’s actually doing anything for my weight, but at least I feel like I’m making a healthier choice.
I’m starting to crave this stuff. I had it with my lunch again, and it just feels good to have something other than water or sugary soda. I did some exercise today, just a quick jog, and I felt pretty good afterward. Maybe the green tea is helping with that too?
I’m actually starting to see a little difference on the scale! I’ve lost like a pound or so. I know it’s not much, but it’s something. I’m going to keep drinking this Lipton Diet Green Tea and see what happens. I also noticed that the bottle says it has some sweeteners like aspartame in it, but I guess a little bit is okay.
I had a bit of a cheat day today with some pizza, but I still had my green tea. I figure it’s all about balance, right? I’m not going to deprive myself completely. I’m feeling pretty good overall, though. My energy levels are decent, and I’m not feeling as bloated as I used to.
So, it’s been a week of drinking this Lipton Diet Green Tea. I’ve lost a little weight, and I generally feel better. I’m not sure if it’s all because of the tea, but I think it’s a good addition to my diet. I’m going to keep this up and see how it goes. I mean, it’s zero calories, tastes pretty good, and seems to be helping a bit. Plus, it’s cheaper than a lot of other diet drinks out there.
Overall, I’d say it’s worth a try if you’re looking for a healthier drink option. Just don’t expect miracles, and remember to combine it with a healthy diet and exercise. I will try drinking it for a month next time and come back to share whether it has played a significant role in weight loss.
