green tea
Alright, let’s talk about this here “double milk oolong tea,” whatever that fancy name means. I ain’t no expert, mind you, just tellin’ ya what I know and what I’ve heard.
First off, they say it’s some kinda oolong tea. Now, I’ve had my share of tea, mostly the regular kind you get at the store, but this oolong stuff, they say it’s special. Comes from way up high in them mountains, Taiwan or China, somewhere far off. Makes you wonder how they get it down here, don’t it?
Anyways, this “double milk” part, that’s what got me curious. See, some folks say oolong tea can taste kinda milky all on its own, no milk added. Nature’s trick, I guess. But then there’s this other kind, where they actually put milk in it, steam it right in with the leaves, they say. That’s what makes it “double milk,” maybe? Two times the milky, I reckon.
Now, I ain’t one for fancy things, but this tea, it sounds kinda nice. Warm you up on a cold day, maybe. And they say you can brew it more than once, the leaves keep on givin’ flavor. That’s a good thing, not wastin’ nothin’, that’s how we was raised.
You can get it in bags, like regular tea, or loose, like them fancy folks do. Costs a bit more than the regular stuff, I bet, but maybe it’s worth it. For a special occasion, ya know? Or just when you want to feel a little bit fancy yourself.
I heard tell some folks drink it for their health, too. Says it’s “health tea” right on the package sometimes. Don’t know about all that, but tea’s always been good for soothin’ the stomach and warmin’ the soul, that’s for sure.
So, there you have it, what I know about this “double milk oolong tea.” Ain’t much, maybe, but it’s somethin’. If you’re lookin’ for somethin’ a little different, somethin’ a little special, maybe give it a try. Just don’t go expectin’ miracles, it’s just tea after all. But maybe, just maybe, it’ll make your day a little bit brighter, a little bit smoother, a little bit more like a fancy garden in a cup.
And that, my friends, ain’t a bad thing at all.
Where to find it? Well, I reckon you could look in them fancy tea shops, or maybe online. They got everything online these days, don’t they? Just type in the name, and see what pops up. But be careful, mind you, don’t go spendin’ all your hard-earned money on tea!
How to make it? Well, I guess you just boil some water, pour it over the leaves, and let it sit for a spell. How long? I dunno, depends on how strong you like it, I reckon. Experiment a little, that’s what I always say. You’ll figure it out.
And that’s all I got to say about this here double milk oolong tea. Hope it helped ya some. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go make myself a regular cup of tea. Nothin’ fancy, just good ol’ tea.
