Alright, so the other day I got this idea to try making my own white tea essential oil. I’d heard that white tea is good for helping you chill out and feel less stressed. It’s something about how it can slow down your heart rate and help you breathe easier, you know? I figured, why not give it a shot?

So I started by gathering up some stuff. I knew that white tea smells really nice with things like jasmine, bergamot, and lemon. And I also had some sandalwood and patchouli lying around, which I heard were good too.

First, I grabbed some white tea bags from my kitchen. Then I boiled some water—nothing fancy, just regular tap water. I dropped a tea bag into the boiling water. I let it boil for like 3 minutes. I thought, “Maybe I can just add essential oils directly to my tea?” So, I also found some essential oils that I thought would go well with the white tea. I had some jasmine, some lemon, and a bit of sandalwood.

  • Jasmine essential oil – Found this in my bathroom cabinet.
  • Lemon essential oil – Also in the bathroom cabinet.
  • Sandalwood essential oil – This one was in my bedroom.

I took the tea bag out and start mixing and matching with the essential oils. I tried different combinations of the oils in small dishes, just a few drops of each, to see what smelled the best with the white tea. I dabbed a little bit of each mix on my wrist to see how it smelled on my skin, too. It was kind of a mess, with all those little dishes and oils everywhere, but it was fun.

After playing around for a while, I found a mix that I really liked. It was the white tea with a bit of jasmine and just a hint of lemon. It smelled really fresh and relaxing. I didn’t add the oil directly to the tea. Instead, I put a few drops of my favorite mix into a little diffuser I have.

I turned the diffuser on, and soon the whole room started to smell amazing. It was like being in a spa or something. I sat there for a while, just breathing in the scent and feeling myself relax. It was pretty cool how just a few simple things could make such a big difference in how I felt.

So yeah, that’s how I ended up making my own little white tea essential oil mix. It was a fun little experiment, and I’d definitely recommend giving it a try if you’re into that kind of stuff. Plus, it’s way cheaper than buying those fancy essential oil blends at the store. I just wanted to get the smell, I don’t know if it really cured my stress, but it sure smelled nice.
