This here ginger cinnamon lemon tea, it’s somethin’ else. I tell ya, it’s good for what ails ya. My bones get achy, my nose gets runny, and this tea, it helps. It’s easy to make, too. You just need some stuff, that’s all.
First, you gotta have ginger. That’s the root, looks kinda funny, but it’s the best. You just peel it and chop it up. Some folks grate it, but choppin’ is fine. You don’t need a whole lot, just a good chunk. Maybe like, your thumb size. That’s plenty. This ginger, it’s strong stuff. Helps with the belly, you know? If you’re feelin’ queasy, or your stomach’s just rumbly, this here ginger will settle it right down. Heard some folks say ginger might not be good if you got blood problems and take some blood medicine. But mostly, it is safe and good.

Then you just pour it in a cup. You can use a strainer if you don’t want the little pieces of ginger and cinnamon in your tea. I don’t mind ’em. They settle to the bottom anyway. Then you just sip it slow. It’s hot, so be careful. Don’t burn your tongue. And it feels good to drink. Warms you up from the inside out. Some folks say if you eat too much ginger, it makes you feel bad. But I never eat that much. Just in tea is good. This tea, it’s my go-to. My throat’s sore, I drink this. If I feel under the weather, I make this. It’s good.
