Well, now, I gotta tell ya something about this here green tea and milk thing. I’ve been hearin’ folks talkin’ about it a lot lately, so I thought I’d take a moment to share my two cents. Now, green tea, you know, it’s all fancy and healthy and stuff, but I reckon a lot of people wonder if puttin’ milk in it’s a good idea or not. So, let’s sit down and talk about it, eh?

Sometimes, I reckon, it’s better to just drink it straight up, especially if you’re after all them health benefits. But if you’re the type that likes your tea milder, well, then a splash of milk might do the trick.
So, what’s the verdict, eh? Should you put milk in your green tea or not? Well, there ain’t no one-size-fits-all answer. It’s all about what works for you. If you like it creamy and smooth, go ahead and add that milk. But if you’re after all the good-for-you benefits, you might wanna skip the milk and have your green tea plain. Or try one of them plant-based milks, that’s a good compromise.
All in all, drinkin’ green tea with milk ain’t no crime, but ya just gotta know what you’re gettin’ into. So, try it out and see what works best for you.
