This green tea perfume, it’s a thing now, you see? Smell good, make you feel good. My old nose ain’t what it used to be, but this green tea perfume, it’s alright. It’s like when you walk by them tea bushes after a rain. Fresh like that.

They got all kinds now, fancy bottles and all. Back in my day, we just had flower water. This green tea perfume for women, they say it’s special. Smells like that green tea, but also somethin’ else. Maybe them little white flowers, jasmine, they call it. My neighbor, she used to grow them. Smell up the whole yard. This perfume, it’s kinda like that, but not so strong. Just a little whiff.

I saw them selling it, this Elizabeth Arden green tea perfume. That’s a name, ain’t it? Elizabeth. Sounds like a queen or somethin’. They say this one is good, this Elizabeth one. Been around a long time, they say. Since before you were born, probably. My granddaughter, she wears it. Says it makes her feel fancy.

It’s all a bit much for me, all these smells. But I guess it’s nice. Makes people happy. And that’s somethin’, ain’t it? This green tea perfume, it’s like a little bit of happiness in a bottle. Don’t know how they do it, puttin’ a smell in a bottle. But they do.

You can get it all different ways. I seen it. They got big bottles, little bottles. Some you spray, some you dab. I don’t know all the names, some are called Eau De Toilette. Sounds French to me. All I know is it smells nice. Like a field of green tea. Or the tea store downtown. Reminds me of that. That green tea, the kind you brew, makes a nice smell too. You know what they say?

Well, maybe this perfume, it does the same. Makes you feel young and fresh, like them green tea leaves. They even have these green tea perfume that are cheap and others that cost a pretty penny. I reckon they put all kinds of things in there, not just the green tea. They got to make it smell special, you know? Like that mint, you know, the one you put in your tea sometimes? They say this Elizabeth Arden green tea perfume, the one my granddaughter likes, it’s the best. I don’t know about all that. They all smell kinda the same to me, after a while. But she likes it, and that’s what matters. She says it is good for the price. So that must mean it’s cheap. Makes her happy, and that’s a good thing.

This whole green tea perfume thing, it’s a wonder to me. Never thought I’d see the day when people would pay good money to smell like green tea. But there you have it. World’s a funny place. And if it makes people happy, then I guess it ain’t so bad. Just like a cup of hot tea on a cold day, maybe this perfume, it warms the soul a little. Or somethin’ like that.

They are selling it everywhere now. Even online. My grandson showed me. You can get it in all different sizes, even green tea perfume mini sizes. Like I said before, big bottles and small bottles. You can even compare prices online now. Can you imagine? People are always comparing. It’s like a competition.

They even have this green tea perfume with different smells added to it. Like, they might add some lemon, or some flowers, or somethin’ else to make it smell different. They got all kinds of different ones. I seen one they call green tea blossom perfume. I guess it’s supposed to smell like the flowers on a green tea plant. They are always trying to do something new. It’s how they make money I guess.
