Okay, so today I tried to make a cup of honey black tea. It turned out to be pretty good, so I’m going to share how I did it.

First, I boiled some water in a kettle. While waiting, I picked a black tea bag from my tea box. I chose a regular one, nothing fancy, just the usual kind I always drink in the morning.

Once the water was boiling, I poured it into my favorite mug. I dropped the tea bag into the hot water and let it steep for about 3-5 minutes. I like my tea strong, so I left it in for a bit longer than usual.

• After the tea was brewed, I removed the tea bag.
• Then, the fun part, I added a spoonful of honey. I used the regular honey I bought from the supermarket, I just scooped a generous amount.
• I stirred the tea gently until the honey was completely dissolved.
• I like the citrus flavor, so I squeezed a little bit of fresh lemon juice into my tea.

Finally, I took a sip, and it was perfect. The sweetness of the honey really complemented the strong black tea. It was a nice change from my usual cup of black tea with milk. I think I’ll make this again tomorrow morning!
