First, I boil some water. Gotta be boilin’ hot. Then I squeeze some of that lemon juice in a mug. I cut a little piece of that ginger root, peel it, and chop it up real small. I throw that in the mug too. Then a little pinch of that cayenne pepper. Just a tiny pinch, mind ya, that stuff is hot!
