Okay, so I’ve been wanting to try this for a while – making my own infused tea. I saw someone do it online with white tea and coconut, and it looked super refreshing, so I figured, why not? Here’s how it went down.

Getting Started

First, I gathered my ingredients. I picked up some loose-leaf white tea – I think it was called “Silver Needle” or something fancy like that. Then, I grabbed a can of coconut milk, the full-fat kind, because I wanted it to be nice and creamy. And, of course, I already had some water at home.

The Process

  • I boiled some water in my kettle. I didn’t measure it exactly, probably around 2 cups?
  • While the water was heating up, I put a couple of tablespoons of the white tea into my little tea infuser.
  • Once the water boiled, I poured it into a big mug, and dunked the infuser in.
  • I let it steep for, like, 5 minutes? I kinda just eyeballed it until the color looked right.
  • Then, I took out the infuser and poured in a good splash of the coconut milk. I stirred it all up.

The Taste Test

I took a sip, and… it was actually pretty good! The white tea is really delicate, and the coconut milk adds this smooth, slightly sweet flavor. It wasn’t too strong, which I liked. It was very chill and refreshing.

My Thoughts

Honestly, it was way easier than I thought it would be. Next time, I might try adding a tiny bit of honey or something, just to see how it changes the taste. Or maybe even some fresh mint! I think it would be perfect, It can be more tasty.

But yeah, overall, I’m pretty happy with how this little experiment turned out. I think it is good to drink. It can be better,If I will do it more often,I think.
