Alright, so I’ve been trying out this Innisfree Black Tea stuff. Let me tell you about it from the beginning.

First, I heard about it from a friend who wouldn’t stop talking about how great it was for her skin. I was like, “Okay, okay, I’ll check it out.” So, I went online and did some digging. Turns out, this black tea line is supposed to be super hydrating and good for anti-aging. I’m not getting any younger, so I thought, “Why not?”

Getting My Hands on It

I decided to go to the store instead of buying online. I wanted to see the products in person, you know? The packaging looked pretty sleek, all dark and fancy. Picked up the serum, the ampoule, and the cream because I’m extra like that. The person at the store was going on about how it’s fermented and all that jazz, but I was just nodding along, eager to try it out.

The First Try

That night, I washed my face as usual and slapped on the serum first. It felt kind of sticky, to be honest, but it absorbed pretty quickly. Then I followed up with the ampoule, which was a bit thicker. The cream went on last, and it was surprisingly lightweight. My skin felt moisturized, but I wasn’t blown away or anything.

Sticking With It

I kept using the products every night. You gotta give these things time, right? After a week or so, I started noticing that my skin looked a bit brighter. It felt softer, too. Still had some dry patches, but they weren’t as bad as before. I was cautiously optimistic.

The Verdict

Now, after using it for about a month, I can say that I actually like this black tea stuff. My skin feels more hydrated and definitely looks healthier. I don’t know if it’s doing anything for wrinkles because I don’t really have many to begin with, but my skin just has this glow to it now.

  • Pros:
    • Makes my skin feel super hydrated.
    • Gives me a nice glow.
    • Absorbs pretty quickly.
  • Cons:
    • The serum is a bit sticky at first.
    • It’s not exactly cheap.

Would I recommend it? Yeah, I think so. It’s nothing miraculous, but it’s made a noticeable difference in my skin. I’ll probably keep using it and see how it goes long-term. It’s a decent line, and I’m happy I gave it a shot.
