Okay, so I wanted to get into black tea, but I didn’t know where to start. There are just so many options out there. I don’t even know what I like yet, you know? So, I decided to pick up a black tea sampler from this online store I found. And let me tell you, it was a great decision!

When the package arrived, I opened it up right away. Inside, there were a bunch of different pouches, each with a different kind of black tea. I’m pretty sure there were some green teas and herbal teas in there, too, which is cool. I started by trying the first pouch I grabbed, and then I just went down the line.

• First up, I brewed a cup of what they called “English Breakfast.” It was pretty strong, just how I like my coffee in the morning. It said it’s good to wake you up.
• Next, I tried this one called “Earl Grey.” It had a really interesting flavor, kind of flowery and citrusy. They said it’s good with milk and sugar, but I like to drink my tea plain, and it was still good, very fragrant.
• Then there was one called “Darjeeling.” This one was lighter and had a more delicate taste, a little floral, but not in an overpowering way. I don’t know if you can taste it, but they said it’s from India.

I tried a few more over the next few days, and I kept notes on each one. I wrote down what I thought of the taste, the smell, and how strong it was. This way, I could remember which ones I liked the best. I didn’t really like the Adagio ones, but there are a ton of teas to try.

My Overall Experience

Honestly, getting this sampler was totally worth it. I discovered some black teas that I really enjoy, and I learned a lot about the different types that are out there. I mean, who knew there were so many kinds of black tea? I’d definitely recommend trying it, it was great!

It’s a great way to figure out what you like without having to buy a whole bunch of full-sized boxes that you might not even enjoy. It said online that I could make about 80 cups from all these samples, that’s insane! And the price was good, too, especially when I compared it to how much they charge for the big boxes in their online store.

So, if you’re thinking about getting into black tea, or if you just want to try some new flavors, I say go for it! You might just find your new favorite tea.
