But it ain’t nothin’ more than plants, just like the ones I used to grow in my garden, ‘cept now they put it in a bottle and charge ya a whole lot more! Heh, city folks will buy anything, I tell ya.

What’s in this here bottle? Well, like the name says, it’s got kale, and spinach, and green tea. You know, the stuff rabbits eat? Yeah, that’s it. But they say it’s good for your face. Makes ya look younger, they say. I ain’t seen it work on me yet, but I ain’t been usin’ it long. Just a dab here and there, don’t wanna waste the stuff, ya know? It ain’t cheap.

• Is It Worth It?: I dunno yet. It ain’t cheap, but if it keeps my face from lookin’ like a wrinkled prune, then maybe it is. Ask me again in a few weeks.

So, there ya have it. That’s what I know about this “kale green tea spinach age prevention cleanser.” It’s green, it smells green, and it’s supposed to make you look younger. Whether it works or not, I ain’t sure. But I’m gonna keep usin’ it, at least till the bottle’s empty. Waste not, want not, that’s what my mama always said. And maybe, just maybe, I’ll wake up one mornin’ and look in the mirror and see a young gal lookin’ back at me. Or at least, a gal that looks a little less like she’s been workin’ in the sun all her life.

Or maybe them city folks just got too much time on their hands. Anyways, they send it to ya free if you got that “prime” thing. Sounds fancy. Back in my day, you just walked to the store and got what you needed. But I guess times are changin’. And maybe my face is changin’ too, thanks to this green stuff. We’ll see.

So yeah, that’s the story with this here face wash. It’s a whole new world out there, with all these fancy creams and potions. But at the end of the day, it’s all just plants, ain’t it? Just like the ones in my garden. Maybe I should just start rubbin’ spinach on my face and see what happens. Save myself a few bucks. Nah, just kiddin’. Probably wouldn’t smell too good.
