Okay, folks, let me tell you about my little aromatherapy experiment today. I’ve been feeling a bit stressed lately, so I decided to try and make my own calming lotion.
I started by gathering my supplies. That included:
First Step: I tested the lotion and oils to make * allergic,it’s important.
Mixing it all up:
I scooped a good amount of the base lotion into my bowl – maybe like half a cup? Then, I added the essential oils. The instructions said to use just a few drops,I think I put in maybe 5 drops of the white tea and about 3 drops of the rose. Honestly, I just kinda eyeballed it until it smelled good to me. It’s my way.
I used my spoon to mix everything together really well. I wanted to make sure the oils were spread out evenly so it wouldn’t be too strong in one spot.
It has a light, floral *’s not * white tea gives it a fresh, clean smell, and the rose adds a touch of * The lotion itself felt really nice on my skin – not greasy at all.
I’ve been using it after my shower,I put some on my hands and arms, and it definitely helped me relax. It’s like a little spa treatment at home!
