Okay, so I’ve been experimenting with different tea blends lately, and I stumbled upon something pretty good that I wanted to share. It all started with a trip to the grocery store. I was browsing the tea aisle, looking for something new, and I saw this Ceylon black tea. I’m a big fan of black tea, so I grabbed a box.

Then, wandering through the produce section, I spotted these beautiful, ripe mangoes. The smell was amazing! And that’s when it hit me: mango and black tea? It sounded like a winning combo.

My Little Experiment Begins

When i came back home, first, I brewed a strong cup of the Ceylon black tea. I let it steep for a good five minutes to get all that rich flavor.

  • While the tea was steeping, I peeled and diced one of the mangoes. I made sure the pieces were small enough, you know, for easy muddling.
  • Then, in a glass, I muddled the mango chunks. I didn’t have a proper muddler, so I just used the back of a spoon. It worked fine, releasing all that juicy mango goodness.
  • After that, I poured the hot tea over the muddled * color looked pretty amazing.

I added a tiny bit of honey,I think maybe add some sugar is ok,because I like things a little sweet. You can totally skip this if you prefer it unsweetened, or use a different sweetener. It’s all about your taste!
