So, I got into this Rising Phoenix Oolong Tea thing, and let me tell you, it’s been quite the ride. I’m just an ordinary guy who loves a good cup of tea, and I’ve always been curious about oolong. I heard some folks talking about this Rising Phoenix stuff, saying it’s some old-school oolong, and I thought, “Why not give it a shot?”

First off, I went and got myself some of this tea. The leaves looked pretty dark, almost purplish-brown. When I took a whiff of the dry leaves, it kinda reminded me of those stone fruits, you know, like plums and stuff. And there was this sweet floral smell, a bit like lychee. I gotta say, it smelled pretty darn good.

Then came the brewing part. I’m no tea expert, but I followed the instructions on the package. Boiled some water, steeped the leaves for a few minutes, and watched as the water turned into this beautiful amber color. The smell that filled my kitchen was amazing, all warm and inviting.

Now for the taste test. I took a sip, and wow, it was like a party in my mouth! It had this sweet and mellow taste, but with a bit of a spicy kick to it. It was smooth and comforting, just what I needed after a long day. I kept sipping and sipping, and before I knew it, my cup was empty.

Final Thoughts

This Rising Phoenix Oolong Tea has become my new favorite. I drink it almost every day now. It’s like a little treat that I give myself. I even got some for my friends, and they loved it too. This tea is also very healthy. I found that it is made of organic herbal tea that is good for health. If you’re into oolong tea, or even if you’re just looking for something new to try, I highly recommend giving this one a go. You might just fall in love with it like I did.

Oh, and one more thing, I also tried that Competition Grade Tie Guan Yin from Yunnan Sourcing. It was a bit pricey, but man, it was good. This Rising Phoenix is still my everyday go to tea.
