Okay, so I’ve been obsessed with finding the perfect “Snow White” themed tea set. You know, something whimsical, a little vintage, but still usable. I finally decided, screw it, I’m going to try and piece one together myself!

The Hunt Begins

First, I hit up all the local thrift stores. I mean, ALL of them. I spent a whole Saturday driving around, digging through dusty shelves and boxes. I found a few cute, mismatched teacups with floral patterns – nothing strictly “Snow White,” but definitely the right vibe.

Online Treasure Hunting

Then, I moved my search online. I scoured Etsy and eBay. I typed in keywords like “vintage tea set,” “floral teacups,” “cottagecore tea set,” and even “Disney-inspired tea set” (though that mostly brought up modern stuff). I did find a gorgeous little teapot with a bluebird on the handle – total Snow White vibes!

The DIY Touch

I still needed a few more pieces, and I wanted to add a personal touch. So, I decided to get crafty. I bought some plain white saucers and some food-safe ceramic paint. My plan? To paint little red apples and maybe some forest-y designs on them. It’s okay,My painting skills are, shall we say, rustic, but I think it’ll add to the charm.

Putting It All Together

After the paint dried (and I fixed a few smudges…), I arranged everything on my table. I added a little lace tablecloth, some fake flowers, and boom! My kinda-sorta “Snow White” tea set was complete! It’s not perfect, it’s a little hodgepodge, but I absolutely love it. It’s unique, and I made (part of) it myself!

Next step: Invite some friends over for a tea party! I may not live in a forest cottage, but I will make you feel it.
