Okay, let’s talk about this Softsoap, the White Tea & Berry kind. I saw it online the other day – looked interesting, so I thought, “Why not?” I went and grabbed some from the store. Got a bundle, you know, a few smaller bottles and one big refill bottle.

First off, it says it’s antibacterial, which is cool. Supposedly it kills like 99.9% of bacteria. I mean, who knows if that’s true, but it sounds good, right? It’s got this white tea and berry scent, which I thought was a nice touch. Smells kinda fresh and not too overpowering.

So, I started using it. Pumped some into my hands and started scrubbing. It lathers up pretty well, not too much, not too little. Just a decent amount of foam. Rinsed it off, and my hands felt clean. No sticky feeling or anything like that.

• Clean Feeling: My hands definitely felt cleaner afterwards.
• Scent: The smell is pretty nice. Not too strong, just a subtle hint of that white tea and berry thing.
• Lather: It lathers up okay. You don’t need a ton of it to get a good scrub.

Using It

I’ve been using it for a while now, just as my regular hand soap. I mean, it does the job. Keeps my hands clean, and the scent is a nice bonus. I like that it’s not drying out my skin too much either, which can happen with some soaps. The refill bottle is huge too, so I won’t have to buy hand soap again for a while.

Anyway, that’s my experience with this Softsoap. It’s just regular hand soap, but it’s got a nice scent and it gets the job done. Not bad, not bad at all.
