Now, you can put more than just tea bags in these things. Some folks, they put that loose tea in there. You know, the kind you gotta scoop out. Me, I just stick with the bags. Less mess, you see. But you do you. Whatever floats your boat, as they say.

And where do you keep these holders? Well, anyplace dry, I reckon. A cupboard, the pantry. Anyplace where them tea bags ain’t gonna get wet. Water and tea bags, they don’t mix! Unless you’re makin’ tea, of course! Then they mix just fine. Ha!

• You can get ’em made of wood, too. Bamboo tea bag holder, they call it.
• Some of them tea bag organizers got little drawers. Like a little chest of drawers just for your tea!
• I even saw one that’s clear! You can see right through it. Handy if you got lots of different kinds of tea, I suppose.

Now, I’ve seen some that’s like little wallets. Tea bag wallet, they call ’em. You can slip them tea bags right in there. They keep ’em safe. That’s for those folks who are really serious about keepin’ their tea bags tidy. These are small and easy to carry. You can take them out with you. So you will have tea bags to make tea whenever you want.

Some people put the tea bag holders on the table when they are having tea. It looks good. But I do not do that. I keep my tea bag holder in the cupboard. That’s where it belongs. But like I say, you do you.

Some of these holders can hold a whole heap of tea bags. I seen one that said it could hold 180! Now, that’s a lot of tea. More tea than I could drink in a month of Sundays! But if you’re a big tea drinker, well, maybe that’s what you need.

And don’t think you gotta spend a fortune on these things. You can find ’em for cheap. A couple of bucks, maybe. Or you can spend more if you want something real fancy. It’s up to you. But for me, I keep it simple. It’s just a tea bag holder after all. The price does not matter. Just get the one that works for you.

I remember one time, I was at my neighbor’s house, and she had one of these tea bag holders shaped like a little teapot. It was cute, I gotta admit. But me, I just stick with my plain one. Ain’t nothin’ wrong with plain.
