fruit tea
Okay, so, I’ve been messing around with this Teavana Oolong tea lately, and let me tell you, it’s been quite the ride. I remember seeing all these fancy descriptions online, like “finest teas and botanicals” and “Spice Route in your cup.” Sounded pretty good, right? So, I went ahead and grabbed some.
First thing I did was to give it a good sniff. Smelled like a mix of cinnamon, ginger, and some other spices I couldn’t quite place. Kinda like those fancy candles, but in a good way, you know? I heated up some water – not boiling, just hot enough. Then, I tossed a spoonful of those tea leaves into my infuser and let it sit for a few minutes.
While it was steeping, I got a little impatient. I even saw a message board where they talked about jasmine scented oolong from Teavana. Jasmine? I do love that smell but didn’t see it on the package. Maybe I’ll try that next time. Finally, the moment of truth. I poured the tea into my favorite mug, took a sip, and… hmm. It wasn’t bad, not bad at all. It had that warm, spicy thing going on, with a bit of a sweet aftertaste.
It’s definitely a cozy kind of tea. I could see myself sipping this on a cold day or when I just want to chill out. I’ve been playing around with it, trying different steeping times and adding a little honey or lemon sometimes. The other day, I found out that I could get this stuff delivered to my door. Super convenient, especially if you don’t feel like going out. They even have a curbside pickup option.
So, yeah, this Teavana Oolong tea? It’s become a regular in my routine. It’s not just about the taste, though. It’s the whole process – the smell, the warmth, the little ritual of making it. It’s like a mini escape in a cup. It’s worth checking out if you’re into teas or just want to try something new.
