Okay, here is my blog post about making a white green tea shot:

I tried out this white green tea shot thing today, and let me tell you, it was quite the adventure. I’d seen it around, you know, all over the internet and stuff, and I finally decided to give it a shot, literally.

First off, I gathered all the stuff I needed. I grabbed some peach schnapps ’cause, well, that’s what everyone says to use. Then, I got some sweet and sour mix. I made sure I had some lemon-lime soda, too. Oh, and the most important part, the tea! I picked up both white tea and green tea bags from my pantry.

So, I started by brewing the teas. I boiled some water and steeped one white tea bag and one green tea bag together in a mug. I let them sit there for, like, five minutes, maybe a little longer because I got distracted by a video online.

  • Brewed white tea and green tea together.
  • Mixed equal parts peach schnapps and sweet and sour mix in a shaker.
  • Added a splash of lemon-lime soda.
  • Poured in the brewed tea after it cooled a bit.
  • Shook everything up with some ice.

After the tea cooled down a bit, I took that shaker I use for my protein shakes and poured in equal parts of the peach schnapps and the sweet and sour mix. I eyeballed it, mostly. Then, I added a splash of that lemon-lime soda for some fizz. I dumped in the tea, threw in a bunch of ice, and shook the heck out of it.

I strained the mix into a shot glass. It looked pretty cool, all layered and stuff. I took a sip, and wow, it was actually pretty good! The peachy flavor really comes through, and the tea gives it a nice, smooth taste. It’s a little sweet, a little tangy, and definitely refreshing.

Honestly, I was surprised by how much I liked it. It’s a fun little drink, and it wasn’t too hard to make. I might even try making it with different types of tea next time, maybe some fruit teas or something.

My Personal Tips

  • Don’t over-steep the tea, or it gets bitter.
  • Chill the brewed tea in the fridge for a bit if you’re not in a rush.
  • Adjust the amount of sweet and sour mix to your liking.
  • Get creative with garnishes! A lemon wedge or a few mint leaves would look nice.

So, yeah, that’s my white green tea shot story. If you’re looking for something new to try, I’d say give it a go. It’s a nice change from the usual, and who knows, you might just discover your new favorite shot! Cheers!
