tea ceremony
Okay, so today I want to talk about this “white jade tea” thing I tried out. I saw it mentioned online somewhere, something about a “White Jade Orchid” tea, sounds fancy, right?
I found a set online that was supposed to arrive soon. It looked pretty nice in the pictures—a teapot and eight cups, all in this white jade style. It looked elegant, and I thought, why not give it a shot? I ordered it, and it did arrive pretty quickly.
Unboxing and First Impressions
Trying the Tea
So, I did a little more digging online and found out that this particular tea I got was some kind of champion tea from Hong Kong. Fancy, right? It’s a green tea, but it’s made from a special white tea bush from some mountains. Anyway, here’s how I made it:
Taste Test
Alright, time for the taste test! I took a sip, and it was really gentle and smooth. It didn’t taste bitter at all. It had a light, kind of sweet flavor, and it felt really refreshing. It was way better than the usual tea bags I use, that’s for sure. I also shared some with my friends that day and their opinions are just like mine.
Final Thoughts
Overall, I’m pretty happy with this whole white jade tea experience. The set itself is beautiful, and the tea was really good. It felt like a luxurious treat, something special. It might be a bit pricey, but if you’re into tea, I think it’s worth trying out at least once. It is a good experience after all. Maybe I’ll use it when I have guests over to impress them a little, haha!
