Today, I messed around with something called a “White Tea & Cactus Scentsy”. Now, I’m not really into all these fancy smells, but my wife loves them, so I figured I’d give it a shot. It’s supposed to be all “clean” and stuff. I guess that’s good, right?
First off, I had to figure out what this Scentsy thing even was. Turns out, it’s like a little warmer thingy that melts wax. So, I got this bar of wax that smelled like, well, white tea and cactus. I broke off a piece – it’s like breaking a chocolate bar, but way less satisfying because you can’t eat it. Don’t make that mistake like I almost did.
I popped the wax piece into the warmer and turned it on. And waited. It took a bit, but then the room started to smell different. I wouldn’t say it was bad. It was kind of like a mix of, I don’t know, plants and something sweet. My wife said it smelled like some berries. There might have been some kind of flower scent in there too, she kept going on about “plumeria” or something. She seemed to like it.
I let it go for a while, and the smell got stronger. It definitely filled up the room. I gotta say, it wasn’t my favorite smell ever. But it wasn’t offensive either. It was just… there. And my wife was happy, which is the main thing, I guess. I also saw something about it being used at some Disney resort, but I don’t know. Flowers and Disney, not really my cup of tea.
So, yeah, that was my day with the White Tea & Cactus Scentsy. It was an experience. If you like these kinds of smells, you might like it. Or if your wife likes them, it might be worth a shot. As for me, I think I’ll stick to the smell of freshly brewed coffee in the morning. But hey, at least I tried something new, right? And I didn’t burn the house down, so that’s a win in my book.
